Proudly Canadian, we are from Kenora, Ontario and located on beautiful Lake Of The Woods! We are a small family run business and love to make delicious food.
Preserving Nutrients
Freeze Drying is the best way to preserve food without destroying the nutritional value of it. When you freeze dry nearly all nutrients are saved, when you use a regular dehydrator only 60% of nutrients are saved, and when you can you only keep about 40%.

When you freeze dry food, it's transformed, especially the treats we sell, for a new snacking experience try a fun candy, usually chewy and sticky as a crunchy airy new treat. Fruits and veggies are also transformed, even picky eaters love eating our crisp freeze dried apples! The flavours of food are often bolder and enhanced when they're freeze dried.

Our products are super lightweight because they have had all the water removed! This makes them easy to take with and have as a snack on the go. Freeze dried candy is also a snacking solution for people with braces, our candy is much easier to eat and won't get stuck!
